Question About Cuisinart Frozen Dessert Maker ICE-45
will not run and no manual was included...

ice cream maker ice-45 bowl or top does not seem to click? in properly..machine seems to want to start but does not run and when trying to then adjust bowl,everthing leaks all over and there is alot of cursing..
