Problem with the internal rear wall of the We recently purchased the above model frig which appears to go through a freeze/thaw cycle. Ambient temperature is held at +5 but anything which happens to touch the rear wall, does freeze. We are advised this is normal? I cannot believe this to be correct, if so, it's the only frig we have purchased that has this particular system. Can you confirm this is considered normal for this model?
