bottom oven doesn't go on...

After self cleaning the oven the elements won't go on.

0 Turn off oven power at fusebox (IMPORTANT), remove front cover between ovens, reach in and push little button on brown plastic breaker clamped to tube on left. Replace cover, turn power back on.That should do it.
