I have a 'sporadic' clicking sound coming from my Dacor ECS130 unit. I have un-plugged a small ribbon connecting to board sitting on top of oven itself as seen when you pull back the control panel - oven functions fine without this connection but I can not determine what is causing the 'clicking' and I am concerned with what the implications are with leaving this ribbon un-plugged. What functions does this ribbon control?
