My Daewoo fridge freezer frs-u20dcb doesn't freeze...

My Daewoo fridge freezer frs-u20dcb doesn't freeze properly. It's freezes from the bottom gets warmer towards the top and the water flow to the ice machine has stopped working. Please help!!!
