The model no# on my Daewoo fridge is DFR-N141D/ DFR-N142D. The drain pipe is blocked and water is settling under the vegetable crispers. The drain pan and hose are at the back of the fridge. I cannot find the opening on the inside of the fridge to the hose to pour the solution in order to clear it. I did not receive a manual. Where can I download one for this particular model. I also tried to lift off the panel with the deodorizer in the cooler section
