Question About Daewoo Refrigerator FRS-U20FAI
the ice in my freezer is frozen but won't dispense...

the ice in my freezer is frozen but won't dispense, the filter needed changing which has been done but the ice is still just sitting in the machine? I don't know the model number but it is an american fridge freezer.
