I recently bought a new ddw496W countertop dishwas...

I recently bought a new ddw496W countertop dishwasher wouldn't drain after final rinse cycle with the exception of the 20 minute rinse cycle. All other cycles complete but won't drain after final rinse. London Drugs exchanged it for another one (Under warranty). Same problem with second one. Help!! Please!!
