This dish washer ran fine for about 3 months then ...

This dish washer ran fine for about 3 months then it started making this humming sound like the motor is struggling and when it starts the cycle it will run through the rinse I think. But, the dish detergent dispenser does not open and then the washer beeps for awhile then the drying cycle light starts flashing repeatedly.
