hi Can't find model number on label as it has been...

hi Can't find model number on label as it has been rubbed off. this gas cooktop is approx. 15yrs old, 36 inch, 6 burner and resembles the 366 model. are there more then one areas on the unit, that the model number could be? I am wanting to change the cooktop from natural gas to propane
