burners...

I have a problem with one cooktop burner. When I turn it one it keeps clicking and doesn't turn on,. You can smell the gas but it never clicks on.

0 Seems to happen mostly after we clean the cook top. We have tried everything from cleaning between contacts with soft cloth to using Q-tip & alcohol. Perhaps it is an alignment issue? I can see the spark firing on that/those burners.
