I am having a problem with the simmer function on ...

I am having a problem with the simmer function on two of the burners on my DCS range. They seem to pulse instead of burn at a constant rate. These burners don't seem to have enough heat to cook properly because of the pulse in the simmer. How can I fix this? I have cleaned it by taking it apart to the point of taking off the simmer portion.
