Question About DCS Range ???
i am moving into a new home with a DCS 6burner ran...

i am moving into a new home with a DCS 6burner range, large oven with convection and smaller oven, also a grill. I assume it is about 10 years old--there is no manual. How can I find the model number and how can I tell if it is self cleaning? If it is not, how do you recommend cleaning the ovens?
