In our hospital kitchen we have a DCS range model ...

In our hospital kitchen we have a DCS range model 36-6-1N with s/n=01K27964A. I cannot locate our manual and I can not find one on your web page. The gas knobs on the front have a collar behind the front cover that connects to the gas valves. This collar is broken on one of the knob assembly. Can you inform me how to locate a pictured manual so I can order parts? Thank you Loren
