Drain pump wont stop. Switching the main On / Off ...

Drain pump wont stop. Switching the main On / Off button off stops the pump but starts again when switched on. Have changed the circuit board but with no change. Pressing the start/stop button makes no difference. When the stop light comes on, the pump keeps running. Does some one have a circuit diagram for the DishMaid Super Silent DDW 149.
