my defy dishmaid supersilent when swithed on goes ...

my defy dishmaid supersilent when swithed on goes to the wash cycle and start to pump water out and stays in that cycle and never stop, even if the reset is done 3sec start botton it goes through the reset cycle green flashing untill red light - but it still keeps on pumping water out although it is already empty
