my defy double door fridge red alarm keeps flashin...

my defy double door fridge red alarm keeps flashing, the last 3,, draws of the freezer have iced up at the back, but the top of the freezer is not working, please help!

5 Defrost issue. Call a repairman. But if you have the time you can manually defrost the fridge just like mom used to do. Shut it down for 8 hours with the doors open and that will get you up and running for a few days. But the defrost system is still broken and need repair.
