After about 20 min the oven switches off, no heati...

After about 20 min the oven switches off, no heating up anymore, but there is no indication that it is so. So only after the set time has been completed you find that the heating has switched off. I have to wait for at least 10 minutes for it to cool off before I can continue with my cooking. Please advise what could be wrong. JJ
