Good day, I need a wiring manual for Devy Gourmet ...

Good day, I need a wiring manual for Devy Gourmet chef thermofan oven. The fan that distribute the heat is not coming on. Could you please let me have the manual. We have replaced both elements and switch but oven still does not heat as it should. Don't know what the problem can be. Thank you Judy
