I have a Defy Gemini thermo fan multi function split eye level double oven. Ist dial is a clock, 2nd shows a square with dots, 3rd is a thermometer with markings, 4th is a grill , 5th is another thermometer. Doors are black with handles and open outwards to the left . I haven't a clue how it works. Previous owners left no manual. HELP HELP I
