Defy F640-Freezer not freezing My freezer motor kicks in, has the humming sound. The freezer does not freeze at all! Keeps the contents cool. Fridge side works perfectly! I switch on the fast freeze and can hear it kick in as well. I'm not sure of the fast freeze light should stay on as mine does not. My food is going off :( please email me.
