Question About Defy Appliances Refrigerator F640
Freezer section running like a tractor...

Hi there, the freezer section of my side-by-side fridge freezer runs like a tractor. When I open the door, it stops, but continues again when I close it. What part is it? And can I replace it? Someone told me it is a fan, and can be accessed from inside the freezer compartment at the bottom? Thanks.
