Hi..I bought a Defy Fridge/freezer about 4-5 years...

Hi..I bought a Defy Fridge/freezer about 4-5 years ago...And a few months ago I started seeing brown dots inside the fridge...it started to rust inside my fridge.So the problem is getting worse by the day!!
