I have a Defy Bar Fridge. I have defrosted the the ice freezer which is located at the top. In two days, ice is forming above the steel frame just under the fridge body. Why and what is causing it to ice up so soon?

0 Most likely the seal. With a gap near the top (where the ice forms) and another near the bottom. Convection causes continuous air movement downwards through the fridge. The incoming air is cooled and so cannot carry as much water as it did. The "dropped" water freezes inside the ice box.
