We purchased a Defy 'fridge about two months ago - from Game Greenstone. There seems to be a problem with the setting on the thermo because even at 1-1/2, the fridge is ICE COLD - and the deepfreeze has already been defrosted twice which surely isn't the norm? I have heard that ideally the thermostat should be between 3 and 4? Can you kindly advise?
