After trying to use my new de longhi EC220 CD Model coffee maker for the first time, I have followed instructions, and it appears to start to work, then within seconds it stops, the green light comes on as if it should be ready for use, but when I switch it to release the water it makes a terrible noise, I have tried taking the tank of and puttingit back on to make sure the valve is on properly, but it still wont work, any suggestions.
