Delonghi en165 citiz won't come out of descale mod...

Delonghi en165 citiz won't come out of descale mode. Ran the solution thru twice as instructed but when I try to rinse it just sits there and does nothing. Both lights flashing. Tried power recycle.. Same thing...help
