difficult to produce a decent cup of coffee using the ESAM5600 - Perfecta. The machine is cleaned everyday, including the milk jug. Filtered water is used in the water tank. Does not froth mild well. Has had a service shortly after purchasing. Removed grease form the infuser. Demonstration model at Harvey Norman produced a lovely tasting coffee. The free coffee sold with the machine was the same as used at the demonstration. Something is not right with this machine. Purchased 4/11/12
