my machine is about 3 months old the worked really well at first but now there is quite a delay in the coffee coming through even tho' the green light is on. as soon as coffee is coming thr' the green light goes off. In addition, the used grounds are very wet as if the water is not able to come thr' I don't over tamp, have cleaned it thoroughly. Any suggestions?
