I have a De Longhi BC0261CD Model and the manual is impossible to understand how to make a cappucino? I can get as far as doing the steps to make the coffeed by following the steps of making an expresso but confused as to how you steam the milk? It says to dip the cappucino make in to the milk!!! and turn the button anticlockwise... is this the main user button on the machine as it does not go more anticlockwise as it does not go any further than the setting it is last at
