I purchased a prima donna de lux on sunday 12/2/20...

I purchased a prima donna de lux on sunday 12/2/2012. I have spent 5 hours today (13/2/2012) looking at the video and reading the manual and still cannot set the machine up. Is there anywhere in Australia where I can get some help insetting the machine up??
