Question About DeLonghi Coffeemaker BCO255

I am having problems with the steamer part of the coffee maker but unfortuately i have misplaced my instuction booklet. I would like to check that i am operating it correctly before contacting the manufacturer, as my machine is still undr warranty. many thanks steven.fenn@tesco.net
