The model listed with a picture of the BCO110 looks NOTHING like my new machine.It's big, black,rectangular with a cappucinno dial, 2 coffee pots, a regular & a small one, 2 reservoirs,2 brewing sides. I can't figure out how to use the small side. I can make the coffee maker work no problem. I NEED HELP!?! A MANUAL would be great!? email- kjmitch62@gmail.com
