My delonghi espresso machine displays a message saying "grind too fine, reset grind and turn steam knob." the inside mechanism for pressing the coffee grinds is leaning to the right and cannot be removed for cleaning or adjustment. Normally it is centered and easily removed. How do I adjust the grind?
