Question About DeLonghi Microwave Oven De'Longhi AM820CON(F)-PM

We have misplaced our manual for this microwave (De'Longhi AM820CON(F)-PM 20L Solo Microwave - St/Steel) from Argos. We cannot figure out how to use it productively!
