It says not to put plastic wrap on the trays to dehydrate foods. I am doing pumpkin seeds and they fall right through. How hot does it get? I have some plastic tray liners that I use in my big fruit dehydrator. Can I cut one of those to fit this tray or will it melt it? How long is it likely to take.
