I am wondering if there is a bottom element that may need replacing. I have it on the oven setting but only the grill lights up and everything is burnt on the top and completely raw on the bottom, I can't use the fan force function as it burns even faster. The oven was already in the house that we bought 5yrs ago & I can't find a manual for it anywhere. Cheers
