Question About DeLonghi Oven Toaster-Oven-Broiler
turn B to on does not work...

When I try to bake for 30 minutes and turn the knob anti-clockwise to on, it does not work. When I try to turn knob clockwise to the end, it does not go to on. How I can deal with this case.
