5 Hi, I bought one of these Delta breadmakers from Aldis which as you all now know came with a very basic instruction book. I contacted Aldis Customer Support like the rest of us asking for a recipe book or manual giving the details of how all the programmes in the breadmaker worked. Aldis told me they dont have a recipe book or manual other than the one in the box but they did give me the helpline number for Delta. I rang them, answer machine, left message and they rang me back the following day. I was out, the wife took the message. It seems that they dont do a recipe book or manual but any recipe from any breadmaking book will work fine. Hmmmm thats not a satisfactory reply for all the programmes that it can do. I gave there. However, it does cook my chosen recipe for a loaf of bread brilliantly on programme 4 which takes about three and half hours.. I dont if theres enough room to put it on here so if you want my recipe please email me at ianfolland@aol.com. No charges, honest
