Hi I have just purchsed delta bread maker model 56269 from Aldi in there advert it says you can do gluten free bread, this is the only reason for purchasing this machine, in the manual itvdoesnt state a gluten free function or which function you would use to make it. Please help regards Mrs M Davidson
