Question About Dometic Convection Oven DOTRC1755C
improper heating...

Does not heat up properly. When I set the convection oven to preheat to 450 degrees it reaches 310 degrees. When I set preheat to 325 degrees, it heats to 100 degrees

0 the highest I can heat my oven is 325, even with preheating to over and hour this is terrible. meats, breads do not cook properly. how do you fix this problem? it has been like that since we had it installed replacing the one that never worked that came in our coach, we would like a solution.
