Question About Dometic Microwave Oven DOTRC17BC
F-5 Code...

When trying to use the convection, the oven will start but about after a minute of pre-heating it stops & flashes a code of F-5. The convection part worked prior to last night. The microwave part still works. Cannot find anything in the manual (or on Dometic's website) addressing this problem.

4 DOMETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THIS IS A CONTROL BOARD FAILURE AND THE UNIT MUST BE REPLACED.

4 I have had the same issue with my micro/convection, this will be the second time I have had to replace it in one year - not very convenient!!!
