1 I have the owner's guide for the above microwave, it is for all 3 models CDMW12 W,B, or S. The "part" number for the guide is 3828W5A3063. There is an address inside of The Dometic Corporation- The warranty Department- 509 Poplar Street-LaGrange, Indiana 46761 Hope this is helpful.
