Dualit Espressivo 84202. When machine is turned on I can hear the pump kick in but instead of water travelling to the heating element it goes straight into the drip tray through the reservoir outlet at the bottom of the machine. I have cleaned out the gasket and shower head but it has not made any difference. Machine was bought second hand from eBay but is in excellent condition.
