The temperature display on my Edgestar TWR215ESS W...

The temperature display on my Edgestar TWR215ESS Wine Cooler goes faint then back to original light. Almost as if it's blinking but not quite. Also the fan does not appear to be running smoothly as it is not a consistent hum. Do you know what could be wrong?
