Suddenly there is soap left in my soap dispenser after a cycle and the dishes aren't all clean. The manual says dishes may have been packed incorrectly and blocked the dispenser from opening but I have packed the dishes the same way I have for over 5 years. This has also happened multiple times now. I tried using less detergent in case that was the problem- same result. Please help- I have the manual and it has not helped. Many thanks.
