I have a Kelvinator 2 chest freezer Model #KFC05M1...

I have a Kelvinator 2 chest freezer Model #KFC05M1AW0 when I moved it and plunged it in it does not turn on or get cold. Is there an on/off switch or something else I need to do to get it to run?
