0 Hello larocheint – If the heating element is broken in half, damaged or cracked, I personally do not recommend using the dishwasher. It can potentially cause damaged to the unit. At this point, I highly recommend consulting a professional to accurately diagnosis the unit and to assist with the repair(s).
