0 Hi-Often the heater is the primary cause for this issue.However, there are a few other factors to consider. First, make sure that the water temp to the unit is at least 120°F,no more than 130°F.To accomplish this,make sure to turn on the hot water at the sink and allow it to get as hot as possible before starting the unit.Second, make sure to use Rinse Aid. Lastly,if you typically do not unload the unit soon after the cycle is complete,crack the door.If issue persists,I would recommend seeking an expert.
