Hi, the machine will not start. The red light is stuck on the first programme setting and will not change.

5 I just had the same problem and looked around online and couldn't find a solution. After fiddling around, i figured out the solution (which isn't in the manual by the way). You can reset the programme settings by pressing and holding the programme button for about five seconds. It should work fine again then, at least it did for me. good luck to anyone who has this problem :)
